WYSIWYG Visual Text Editor For Composing Mailings
eNews-Letter comes with a powerful text editor for composing HTML rich messages. No need for knowing html code. Using our simple to understand MS Word style editor anyone can compose a compelling HTML message including images, tables, text formatting and more with the click of a button. ( Requires the admin user to be using IE 5.5 + on Windows for the editor to display. Otherwise a text box would be displayed. )
Personalize Mailings With Subscribers Data
Easily personalize your mailings with the subscribers name, e-mail address, and any of their optional fields.
Sending Filters
You are able to create sending filters based on the name, email, subscription date, and any of the optional fields you may have. For instance you may create a sending filter that will only include subscribers who have signed up after a particular date or a filter that includes everyone with bob in their name or .com in their e-mail address
Automatic Unsubscription Link
With the click of a button you may have an automatic unsubscription link added to the bottom of your mailing. Or, if you so choose, you may insert the unsubscription link anywhere in the mailing by simply entering %UNSUBSCRIBELINK% where you wish for the link to be placed.
Web Version of Message
By simply entering %WEBCOPYLINK% anywhere within your html message, a link will be produced. When clicked on a web version of that message will be displayed while maintaining read/open tracking along with link tracking. Useful for subscribers whom are unable to view your html mailings properly in their email client.
Automatic Link Tracking
When turned on for a mailing, this feature will look through your mailing, automatically detect links you have in the mailing and turn them into the Link Tracking mode. Link tracking will let you know who clicks on each link, how many times they clicked, and the date. You are even able to create a new list based off of these statistics.
Open/Read Tracking
When this feature is turned on for a mailing each time a user reads / opens your HTML or multi-format mailings you will be building statistics. The statistics will include who opens / reads your mailing, at what date, and how many times they have. You are even able to create a new list based off of these statistics.
